Our Silver Surf Trips begin at Padang Airport in Sumatra and end back at Padang Airport.

They include twin or single accommodation, 3 meals per day plus snacks, transfer by ferry to the resort, daily transportation to the surf spots, and guiding.

Not included: massage services at the resort, laundry, satellite internet and phone, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, Visa fees, Airport and Mentawai Tourism Taxes.

Trips depart every Saturday at 14:00 from Padang Airport and come back to Padang Airport Monday at 12:00. For other departure days and transfers by plane, please refer to Gold Surf Trip program and prices.

Day 1 - Arrival in Padang (Saturday)
A Siloinak Resort staff welcomes you at the airport. You are escorted to a comfortable open air bar with swimming pool until the transfer to the harbor at around 5 / 6 pm. The ferry to the Mentawai Islands leaves between 7 and 10 pm for a full night’s crossing.
If you arrive before the surf group’s departure (every Saturday) we will also assist you at the airport and transfer you to a hotel of your choice, until departure to the Mentawai

Note that the nights in Padang are not included in the Silver Surf Trip packages.
Day 2 - Arrival on Siloinak Island
The ferry is a modern, comfortable and reliable vessel. One of the best of all Indonesian ferries. With AC cabins of 2 and 4 bunks, one shared shower, TV, DVD player and stereo, by far the most comfortable way to travel 130 km (about 8/10 hours) to the Mentawai Archipelago. The ferry reaches the harbor of Siberut or Tuapajat on the second day of your journey, at 7 or 8 am.
From the Siberut or Tuapajat harbor, our speedboats take you to Siloinak Resort, a 70/120 -minute boat ride. We will arrive around 12:00, right on time for lunch. Surf in the afternoon.
Day 3 to Day 8 - Surf at Siloinak Island (7 days)
Wake up with the sun, a good breakfast and your speedboat leaves around 8:00 for a full day of surf. Our speed boats take a maximum of 8 surfers with your guide choosing the best spots according to the prevailing conditions and your ability.
Day 9 - Back to Padang
After lunch, transfer to Muara Siberut/Tupajat harbour.The ferry leaves between 7 and 10 pm.
Day 10 - End of Program
Breakfast in Padang and transfer to the airport for travelers departing the same day. End of our services at 18:00.

The 17-day and 24-day Silver Class Surf Trip offers exactly the same services, but you will stay one week more at the resort.

Last Day of the trip - Departure from Padang Personal guide. Transfer to Airport.

The plane is a Casa, 20 seats, bi- propeller. The flight duration is one hour. Upon arrival at the Mentawai Airport, Rokot, your speed boat  take you to Siloinak where you arrive for lunch time. You surf during the afternoon.
