Siloinak Surf Camp
The
prices include: twin or single accommodation, 3 meals per day
plus snacks, daily transportation, activities and guiding to the surf
spots, satellite internet.
Not included: soft drinks and beers, laundry, Visa fees, Airport
Taxes and Mentawai Tourism Taxes (5 USD per day).
Arrival and departure days at the resort are counted half price. We usually
surf some hours these days.

before or after your trip.
The prices of the transfers include everything from Padang Airport to Siloinak resort, by ferry, chartered boat or plane. They are english-speaking guided.
We do not operate the transfers ourselves, being only the ticketing agents. Be aware that transfers are THE headache of any travellers to the Mentawias. The ferries and planes are only 80% operational and only 50% on-time.
We do not take any responsibility in case of cancellation or delays of the ferries, speedboats or planes but will do whatever humanly possible to transfer you by alternative means of transportaion in case problems arise. In case of real bad weather, we simply won`t go, for security reasons and harbor master refusal.
Note that transfers by plane are not necessarely the fastest way to reach your surf resort or your surf camp. The ferrys or boats offer sometimes a better solution according to your arrival/departure time at Padang Airport. It is more surfing-time efficient to arrive at Padang early afternoon and wake up in the Mentawai the following morning than to spend the night in Padang and the following day wait for the plane from 08:00 to… early afternoon.
The easiest and most flexible solution is to use the Mentawai Surf Charter Speedboats services. But it is also the most expensive.
